What is included in preventive dentistry?
Checkups, cleaning, fillings, fluoride, sealants, and oral cancer screening. I look for problems while they are still small, then show you how to keep them that way at home.
Which cosmetic treatments do you offer?
Whitening, composite bonding, veneers, smile design, and gum contouring. We agree a plan against your own teeth, not a filtered photo. Restorations will not bleach like natural enamel, so I check that first.
Who is a candidate for dental implants?
Adults with a missing tooth, healthy gums, and enough bone, or who can have a graft first. An implant is a titanium root with a crown. I plan it with digital X-rays at Bhardwaj Dental Centre in Civil Lines, Jaipur.
How long does an implant take? Healing after placement is usually 3 to 6 months before the final crown. Some cases need a graft first.
Does it hurt? Placement is under local anaesthesia. Soreness for a few days is common and usually managed with routine pain relief.

Do you offer braces and Invisalign?
Yes. Braces, clear aligners including Invisalign when suitable, retainers, and space maintainers for children. Straight teeth are easier to clean and can improve bite function, not only appearance.
Is every patient eligible for Invisalign? No. Complex bites may need braces. I will tell you after an exam, not from photos alone.
How long does alignment take? Months to a couple of years depending on the movement needed. Retainers after treatment are not optional if you want the result to last.
Do you treat teens? Yes, including space maintainers when a baby tooth is lost early.
When do you extract wisdom teeth?
When they are decayed, infected, crowding the bite, or trapped in bone and causing pain. Simple extractions and biopsies are done here. I explain if a case needs a hospital oral surgeon instead of the clinic chair.
Do all wisdom teeth need to come out? No. Erupted, cleanable, pain-free teeth can stay. X-rays decide, not a calendar age.
Is it done under local anaesthesia? Yes for most clinic cases. You will not be fully asleep in the chair unless we plan that separately.
What about a lump or white patch? I can take a biopsy. MDS oral pathology is part of why those tissues get a proper look, not a guess.
What diagnostic tests do you use?
Digital X-rays, intraoral photographs, oral pathology screening, and TMJ evaluation when jaw pain or clicking is the complaint. Images stay in your record so we can compare visits.
